Welcome to Elizabeth's Element!

Hello fellow bloggers, readers, and random passerbys!


I'm Elizabeth, an almost culinary school graduate (fingers crossed through International) that has recently become an avid food blog reader and fan. I have a huge stack of cookbooks and recipes that are gathering dust and some brand new Christmas toys to play with. These things, combined with my husband's pleading for me to cook more at home, have led to the start of my very own food blog! Yay! So, let the cooking, eating, and writing begin!
